School Incursions: Foundation to Year 10

Service Description

• Teaching children and teens how to "feel their big feelings" in the body, and become aware of the stories we may tell ourselves in the mind. Including somatic grounding and resourcing techniques, and safe ways to explore emotions. Easy tools for children to find presence in the body. Using breath-work, bi-lateral tapping, mindfulness, grounding and gentle movement and fun free-form dance. • School incursions are in accordance with Victorian School Curriculums for Foundation, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6, Year 7, Year 8, Year 9, and Year 10. • Current Victorian Working With Children Check. • Costs are from $20 per child, with a minimum group spend per hour. *There may be travel costs quoted if there's greater distance to travel.
